Women's Spirituality Resources

To support the work of the Diocesan
Women's Commission and the women of the diocese by providing
and maintaining an inventory of resources. These resources
will include lists of books or other literature, speakers,
small group programs, retreat programs and materials, etc.
These resources will be used to aid in women's spiritual
growth.

To locate or develop materials for
spiritual growth in response to interest expressed by women
or women's groups within the diocese.

To promote programs throughout the
diocese focusing on spiritual growth.

Domestic Violence
-
To increase awareness about the
incidence and effects of domestic violence

To encourage all in church ministry to
educate themselves, and then to address domestic violence as
a critical Church concern in their ministry
-
To
develop and identify resources within parishes to enable them to
respond pastorally to the needs of the victims of abuse as they
seek compassionate and confidential help
