Purpose: The Office of Human Resources supports the approximate 2,700 employees and employers in parishes and schools throughout the Diocese and in the Pastoral Center. The Office provides support and guidance in personnel administration/policy and procedures, employment law, compensation, benefit administration, recruitment, unemployment compensation, training and development and employee relations. In addition, compliance of the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People is coordinated through the Office to include clergy, employee and volunteer background screening and safe environment training.
