Employment Opportunities

Each school hires its own teachers and staff. However, applicants must complete a diocesan application. You can request the application at the school or you can download an application here. The Human Resource Office Web Site is a good resource for information on current positions, salary structures, etc.

Applicant Requirements:

Principal
All principal applicants must be Catholic and have earned a Master's Degree.

Elementary Teachers, PreK-5
All teachers must be Virginia State Certified.

Teacher Assistants
Support elementary program particularly in area of reading and mathematics

Resource Teachers
Support the individual learning needs of individual students.

Middle School Teachers, Grades 6-8
All teachers must be Virginia State Certified.

High School, Grades 9-12
All teachers must be Virginia State Certified.

Media/Library Specialists
State certification must be held.

Technology Specialists
Support the technology program for teachers and students

Counselors
Support the student population of each school. Support the students in areas of life experience.

Maintenance Positions
Maintain all facilities in order to guarantee a clean and safe environment.

Bookkeepers/Business Managers
Maintain accurate financial records.
