The Office for Black Catholics is pleased to announce an essay writing contest for Black and/or African American youth grades 10-12 to receive a full scholarship from the Black and Indian Grant to attend the Archbishop James Patterson Lyke Conference June 24-27, 2010. The essay must be 250 words and submitted to the office no later than Monday, April 5, 2010. The title of the essay is "What makes me a leader at my parish".
