 Position: Human Resources Generalist

Salary: Commensurate with experience

The Office of Human Resources seeks a Human Resources Generalist, with a concentration in developing and delivering training programs/manuals.  In addition, the selected candidate will provide employee relations counseling, conduct recruitment efforts and manage unemployment process/claims.

 

Qualifications: Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related degree, 3 or more years of human resources/training experience, working knowledge of adult learning styles and principles/practices of personnel administration.  Effective presentation and communication skills, analytical ability, planning/organizational skills, initiative and creativity are required.
