Each parish and school in the Diocese hires its own staff. An application form is used universally among the parishes, schools and the Pastoral Center. Commonwealth Catholic Charities and Catholic Charities of Hampton Roads do their own hiring and determine their own personnel practices. Catholic hospitals in the Diocese are separate institutions and should be contacted directly for position vacancies.
Persons seeking employment within the Diocese are encouraged to view vacancy postings for the Pastoral Center (Central Administration Offices), Parishes, Schools, or Other Agencies of the Diocese. Job seekers should contact the parish, school, or agency directly.
Completing an application is required for all vacancies in the Diocese.
