National Low Income Housing Coalition

On this website you can find statistics for housing affordability for your state, municipality or county.  The data is broken down into a dollar amount for the fair market value for housing and how much a person would have to earn per hour to afford the housing. There is also a calculator in which you can plug in your state and the rent you pay and it will give you how much you need to make per hour or year to afford that rent.
